Rinkor Arms Manipulation One is an excellent introduction to handgun ownership and use. The class focuses on the practical and safe use of semi-automatic handguns. The course will cover safe handling, loading, unloading, grip, stance, sign picture, sight alignment, ready positions, and defensive searching positions. These basic skills are also augmented by many tips and tricks to making handgun manipulation easier and safer.

In an ever-changing world of social and economic instability are you prepared at home? On the road, or at your place or work? RA Ready II helps show you the techniques and equipment that can protect you and your loved ones were the worst to happen, no matter where you are. Preparedness for medical emergencies, security threats, natural disasters, domestic terrorist threats, vehicle accidents and home emergencies are covered. The course builds the student’s understanding of survival and defensive equipment prioritization, use and storage. A basic emergency kit as well as many survival tools are included in the price of the course.

Our intermediate course focuses on mastery of handgun manipulation at speed and from a myriad of positions. Barricade, shooting on the move, support hand and/or single hand shooting as well as a host of other intermediate defensive techniques are introduced to the student. Intermediate level implementation of a handheld and weapon mounted light, low-light strategies and basic medical awareness training are provided for the student that wants to take the next step in their training.

** For all non-LEO, RBH1 is a prerequisite. **

Our advanced course increases the speed and tempo of shooting while on the move. Our class introduces advanced defensive elements such as communicating with a partner while fighting your way to safety while increasing the pressure to perform. Implementation of handheld lights, tactical medical equipment and other resources are covered as well as the introduction to vehicle dynamics. Advanced students are pressured to excel under speed in a myriad of barricade shooting positions, shooting on the move, support hand and/or single hand shooting at speed. Shoot/no shoot problem solving and fitness driven stress management drills allow a more advanced student to build their shills in a controlled learning environment with skilled professionals.

Our basic introduction to the manual of arms of a semi-automatic carbine. It is an introductory course aimed at helping familiarize the beginning student with all fundamental elements of marksmanship and manipulation. All beginning level topics are addressed including; positional shooting, safe loading and unloading, care and maintenance, the 7 fundamentals of rifle marksmanship, relevant legal issues, home defense strategies and many other fundamental concepts and techniques.

This is a clinic on the ever changing and complicated world of California Firearms law. We will explore the trappings of laws pertaining to “Assault Weapons”, “on” and “off” Roster Handguns, Interstate Inter-familiar Handgun Transfers, Olympic Handgun Exemption, Estate Firearm Transfer, Law Enforcement Transfers, Firearm Transportation Law, Ammunition Transfer, Ammunition “Feeding Device” Possession and Use. Ammunition Purchase, Transfer, Interstate Transport and Sale. These and many other topics relevant to California Resident firearm Ownership and transfer.

Our combatives program is based around succinct, proven problem solving mental and physical hand to hand combat dynamics. Students will be exposed to techniques that are fundamental and applicable to real-world violent encounters. Once students understand mindset, they are taught how to move efficiently creating a tactical advantage. Combatives techniques begin with covering and striking with a focus on power and protection. Our students will be trained on how to employ an edged weapons, NPE’s, tools and other resources against a determined and aggressive adversary. The end result is a comprehensive understanding of a realistic combatives program and the ability to apply tactics and techniques effectively and on demand.

Rinkor Arms offers a in depth look at precision shooting for the civilian and long-range marksman. Our precision class touches on all subtitles of precision shooting without belaboring law enforcement concepts of sniper craft not applicable to civilian shooting. Techniques and concepts discussed have applications both in bench shooting marksmanship as well as hunting at distance. This class is a two day course with the first day focusing on fundamentals, zero and scope adjustment, range estimation, as well as; internal, external and terminal ballistics. Curriculum by author Ryan Cleckner, DOPE (data on previous engagements) note books and data books are supplied in the class as resources for our students. Other topics include: training on range finders and short cut formulas for accurate range discovery and adjustment, aerodynamic stability, understanding the effects of weather on ballistics, positional shooting, shot correction, equipment selection and much more.
